Our Team

From the time that Dr. Daniel Robinson founded Robinson Animal Hospital in 1981 to the present-day, our staff of veterinarians, care providers and support personnel has remained committed to serving our patients and their families in Clayton, eastern Wake and western Johnston Counties and throughout the greater Raleigh areas.

The current team at Robinson Animal Hospital, under the direction of Dr. Thomas G. Head, has a passion for our work.  We combine our love of animals with our years of expertise, in order to provide our patients with the highest caliber of care possible.

Please take a moment to learn more about our staff and then make arrangements to bring your pet in to meet our staff and experience a tour of the hospital.

We look forward to meeting you and serving your dog, cat, pocket pet or other animal.

Norma Gomez was born and raised in Manassas, Virginia and has always had a strong love for our furry friends. She had a life-changing experience when she moved to Guatemala in 2009 at the age of 16 that completely altered her outlook on life. After seeing such poverty and a heartbreaking amount of stray dogs and cats, she decided to pursue her passion into working in the veterinary medical field so that she can help make a difference in the lives of our four-legged companions. After several interviews with other animal hospitals with no success, she was about to give up on her dream when she applied to Robinson Animal Hospital and they gave her a call back. Norma has now been working with us for almost 2 years as a Veterinary Technician. She has and will go above and beyond to help our patients and clients. While working full time helps her gain the knowledge she desires, she is also enrolled in the Penn Foster online program to acquire her Veterinary Technician Associate’s Degree. When she is not at working hard at RAH, her favorite hobbies include binge-watching shows and movies on Netflix with her lovely boyfriend and sweet kitty, listening to music, playing video games, and working out. Her dream would be to live in Virginia Beach if there were no such thing as natural disasters.
