It's always gratifying when we are able to care for our customers' dogs, cats and other animals, and even more humbling to hear the appreciation that they have for our efforts. Here is a small collection that we've recently received from our Robinson Animal Hospital families.
M&M's Family
I truly felt welcomed, staff provided M&M and I with empathy due to my ma poor health in Buffalo, NY and M&M joining our family unexpectately. The 1st time a vets office explains the bill before providing services, which provided me to not have anxiety at check out. Every single staff answered my detailed questions wtih confidence. I loved that I didnt have to see M&M in any stress while they did the temperature, weight check, and exam. The exam was the most thourough that any vet has conducted. This was the first time that any upcoming charges were explained at length and I was able to ask questions and was provided a copy of the estimate. I cant wait to bring my other two cats, Snickers and Spooky there. This was an amazing experience regardless of the unexpected addition to our family. I truly feel that our animals joined the animal hospital family at Robinson Animal Hospital. Thank you for all you that everyone does there, y'all have chosed the right profession.

I have been a client here for over 15 years! Ive laughed during the happy visits and cried during the most difficult ones a pet owner can imagine. The staff here (Jenn, Nick, Norma, Leeann) were all wonderful. They have been professional while also showing care and compassion to me in the hardest times. I am now starting over with a 1 year old rescue pup and I know she is in the best hands!
